I had been what I call a "yo-yo" exerciser before beachbody. I would get in the mode and keep going until I started to see results and then start to slide back down and it was a vicious cycle! Challenge groups were the one thing that for me, finally made sense. I quit everything I started until I found Beachbody and I’ve stuck with it for 2 years and it works for me. It’s a lifestyle. Here’s what a challenge group is, It’s a 3 week group. It’s all done through a closed online support group, so only the members of the group can see what’s being posted. What I do is help you customize your health and fitness goals to meet your needs, and I help you choose the best Beachbody workout to get there based on your ability level. Then, you’re going to replace one meal a deal with Shakeology for the 3 weeks to give your body that one meal that’s supercharged with ingredients that will give you the natural energy, it will help reduce cravings, you’re going to feel full for at least three hours, and it’s the equivalent of six salads in one meal. Then, I’m going to teach you how to make healthier choices the other meals of the day. I’m going to help you create a customized plan, I’m going to give you recipes, some snack ideas, tips, motivation…I’m going to keep you accountable. Every day I’m going to post in the challenge group some things to keep you on track, and you’re going to check in every single day. We’re going to keep each other accountable and we’re going to address things that are going on right now, like the holidays and handling temptations with weekend parties and get-togethers and we’re going to be each other’s support system. I’ve created an entire curriculum for my group to help you be successful.
